Testimonials

I have been very pleased with Michelle (we have been), she is very thorough, reliable, and very personable. Michelle took the extra mile to really sort things out, and walk through the process very smoothly. And when we encountered something she did not know, she was honest, and then figured out the issue! - Silja Majahalme, MD, PhD, FACC, FESC, Cardiologist, Hypertension Specialist –November 2008
Meghan Retallick August 2008: My husband and I went through the process of looking for our first home for many months and were extremely disappointed by the lack of support from the real estate agents we were working with. Then we found Michelle Ruebl! From the very first time I spoke with Michelle, I was impressed with her enthusiasm for and knowledge about the real estate market. Within 24 hours, she had arranged more house showings than any of our past Realtors had in months! When we had the privilege of meeting Michelle for the first time at a showing, she had set our schedule for the day and had all the materials we would need in the exact order we would need them. Her organization made the day of showings flow smoothly. I can't express the gratitude we have for the work Michelle did to get us in our perfect home. We highly recommend contacting her to anyone buying or selling a home and we look forward to working with her again in the future!
Chad & Julie Hoerth-May 2008: Michelle did a fabulous job in the sale of our home. She was very punctual in reporting on the status of our showings and kept us up to date every step of the way. When our family needed to sell our home, we spend hours on the web viewing online listings of new potential houses. At that point we realized how important it was to have detailed pictures posted on the web and listed with the MLS system. We didn't even bother viewing the descriptions of houses which did not include attractive photos. Michelle did a great job of showcasing our home on the Levash Realty website and the MLS system. I highly recommend using Levash Realty in purchasing or selling a home
